In many situations we see that the true vision is never realized, because employees can't connect to the strategy in a practical way. We see processes never truly gain efficiency because they seem disconnected to a broader context. Because of this, Cement companies may fail to realize their full potential.
In this regard, the improvement levers for the PIP are designed with the perspective to providing the cement companies with the appropriate tools and techniques in order to operate effectively. This doesn't necessarily mean that they are not working in the right way. It could be that the company employees has had insufficient training, or that there has been a pivot the business model. That's why it's crucial to identify the root cause of any performance issues, before setting up a performance improvement plan.
